Sage Bird Ciderworks will accept returns or exchances for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.

For a full refund, return the item in store with receipt within 30 days of the original order. Items without receipt can only be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value.
