About the Event
Sage Bird and The Ridge Room present a Valentine’s wine and cider-paired, seated dinner in the taproom. Enjoy a nice night out as Sage Bird transforms into a fine dining restaurant.
5:30pm - An opening reception featuring of Cheese & Charcuterie, Brie & Apple Butter Tartlets, Butternut Squash & Chorizo Skewers. Register before February 1 to receive a drink included with your cocktail hour.
6:30pm - Dinner will be served beginning with an appetizer course, followed by a main entree, and closes with a dessert, all carefully paired with Sage Bird wines & ciders.
Tickets $80, includes your meal, drinks, & gratuity.
The entire dinner is Gluten-Free and has a vegetarian option in each course. After selecting your reservation seat, you will be prompted to select your menu. Tickets are reserved per seat, so groups must select seats at the same table to be seated together.
