About the Event
Sage Bird Ciderworks and The Ridge Room present a Valentine’s cider-paired, seated dinner in the taproom. Enjoy a nice night out as Sage Bird transforms into a fine dining restaurant.
A cider reception of cheese & charcuterie opens at 5:30pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 beginning with an appetizer course, followed by a main entree, and closes with a dessert, all carefully paired with Sage Bird ciders.
Tickets $70, includes your meal, cider, and tip.
*Register in January & an additional glass of cider will be included in your ticket.
All meals are entirely gluten free & your choice of dishes will be selected upon registration
When registering, signup for seats at a table only with your group. 4-tops can become 2-tops if only 2 people signup at the table.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel by Saturday 2/4 at 8pm to receive a refund.
