About the Event
In partnership with The Center Yoga, a local studio in downtown Harrisonburg, we present a special BARRE EDITION to our regular yoga program. The instructor will guide you through beginner stretches & exercises and get you moving and refreshed for the week ahead.
After the class, your registration includes 1 glass of draft cider or a cidermosa in our taproom.
No experience is necessary, but please bring your own yoga mat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Email info@sagebirdciderworks before Thursday at 4pm to cancel. There will be no refunds after Thursday at 4pm.
