About the Event
PUPPY TAKEOVER!!
It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and spend time exercising your mind & body, with the help of some adoptable puppies from the SPCA!!
In partnership with The Center Yoga, a local studio in downtown Harrisonburg, our instructor will guide you through poses and exercises that focus on small, extended movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and flexibility. No experience is necessary, but please bring your own yoga mat.
Puppy Yoga - 10am
Tickets- $40 include the yoga class, 1 drink, and a donation to the SPCA
Glass of cider, mimosa, or nonalcoholic drink included
