Barre at Sage Bird

We are so excited to start offering Barre on Sunday mornings at Sage Bird. Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Our instructor will guide you through poses and exercises that focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. After the class, your registration includes 1 glass of cider in our taproom.

The class will allow for 10 participants inside following social distance guidelines, and any overflow participants will workout outside in the parking lot. YOUR PREREGISTRATION HERE GUARANTEES AN INDOOR SPOT IN OUR TAPROOM FOR THIS CLASS. While only 10 people can register to guarantee an indoor spot, anyone can come day-of to participate inside (if room) or in our parking lot with the garage door open. All participants will have full visibility of the instructor no matter where you place your mat. 

No experience is necessary, but please bring your own yoga mat and (optional) light weights.

We will still be following all social distancing guidelines, so participants will be at least 6 feet apart, masks are required, and our garage door will be lifted open to add positive air flow.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Email info@sagebirdciderworks before Thursday at 4pm to cancel. There will be no refunds after Thursday at 4pm.
